Is there a cost to apply or interview?
No. Applying and interviewing are free and carry no obligation. Membership pricing and your level of care are discussed and set together during your interview.
What happens if I'm not accepted?
Because membership is intentionally limited, not every applicant is accepted. If it isn't the right fit, we'll tell you directly and, where possible, point you toward other resources.
Do you accept insurance?
Apex operates as a membership-based concierge practice rather than an insurance-billed one. Specific coverage and billing questions are covered in your interview.
What if I need care outside what Apex provides?
Your physician coordinates any outside specialist care you need, so you still have one accountable point of contact rather than managing referrals yourself.
How private is my information?
Discretion is core to the model — from private scheduling to in-home visits for members who prefer them. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.
How long does the process take?
We respond to every application personally within a few business days. From there, timing depends on your schedule and interview availability.
